The service

SignTidy lets organisations create and manage branded email signatures for Microsoft 365, including marketing banners. By using SignTidy you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a Microsoft 365 work account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the actions taken under it. You must have authority to connect your organisation’s Microsoft 365 tenant.

Acceptable use

Use SignTidy only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to send spam, impersonate others, or include unlawful or infringing content in signatures or banners.

Plans and billing

SignTidy is free for up to 5 users. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep SignTidy reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service from time to time; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using SignTidy and disconnect it from Microsoft 365 at any time.
